Print and Digital Design for An Annual Internal Global Conference

In order to create a look and feel for the entire conference, it was important to to understand the tenets of “Always Onward”. This was given to the team by the Glocon committee: “At Sojern, we're Always Onward: constantly innovating our product offerings, strategies, and ourselves in order to better serve our clients’ needs around the globe. And as we look to the future, we see ‘always on’ as a clear vision of our product offerings, backed by a world-class team of people who are always on — somewhere around the world — driving us forward.”

For the design, I wanted to take a more abstract approach, playing with the idea of being “Always On”. Taking cues from music festivals, and sound-waves, I created a color wave to use throughout the conference, balancing the design with clean sans-serif typography, and our travel-oriented photography.
The breathed of work included the look and feel of the conference and translating that design into multiple pieces: staging, print and digital signage, a mobile app, presentations, and giveaways.
